DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Continuously managing the Consultants performance to exceed KPIs and ensure that they are meeting the competencies of the role through weekly reviews
Ensuring awareness of hourly and daily statistics versus target
Setting clear objectives for the Consultants , ensuring they are aligned to the overall business goals
Motivating and coaching individuals to maximize all sales opportunities
Work with the Training team to identify training needs for the Consultants and Seniors , support the initiative and monitor the outcome of the training
Working collaboratively as part of a wider global team
Work with your colleagues across Customer Care and internal departments to continuously strive to improve service and knowledge .
Effectively communicating updates to the Consultants on business changes and developments, ensuring the team understands the need for change
People Management responsibility for the Consultants
Managing the team’s attendance, professional conduct and daily performance
Manage employees in line with Company policies – addressing concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
REQUIREMENT
Ensure that every customer has an excellent customer experience on every occasion. act as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, live chat and social media Assist customers with all lines of enquiry which will include; product queries, returns, delivery, registration, payments and more Be committed to meeting KPI’s including sales, quality and productivity targets; playing a key role in helping the department to achieve its overall goals.
