DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Purchasing agreements and order to vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Interact with third party logistics service providers
Audit freight cost and documentation
Ensure accuracy of all inventories
Review bills, invoices and purchase orders
Organize files both manually and electronicall
Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned item
Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries
Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged
Dispose of unserviceable or damaged item
REQUIREMENT
Hardworker
Minimum education is Vocational High School (Office Administration or Accounting)
Maximum Age 25 Years Old
Preferably staff (non management & non supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or Equivalent
Multi tasking
Experiences minimum 1 year in the same field
Full-time position(s) available. Not part time job. Willing to work on shift system.
Location in Yogyakarta.
