DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Create email content for marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
Compile records of office activities.
Review files and records to answer requests for information.
Retrieve information when requested.
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, internal & external contact lists and vendor information, etc.
Coordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones and company credit cards.
Manage both electronic and paper filing system.
REQUIREMENT
Good typing speed required. Fluent written and spoken English is a must. Organization and planning skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
