DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Typing and distributing information; organizing and maintaining filing systems;
Assist in receiving and tracking documentation, mail and other items for HR department.
Prepare new hire orientation packets. Responsible for distributing among regional HR teams.
Maintain HR related reports and documents as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain an activity calendar if required. Arrange business itineraries and coordinate travel requirements for select personnel. Support visitors when required.
Prepare materials and information for projects and/or meetings.
Proofread documents as required.
Order and maintain supplies.
May need to serve as back-up to receptionist on an as needed basis.
Perform other work related task as required as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
REQUIREMENT
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be fluent in English
Experience or education in Human Resources and supporting HR leadership
Arabic speaking/reading a plus
College degree preferred
