Make sure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, are cost-effective and deliver products on time
Preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs
Monitoring production schedules and adjusting if problems occur
Managing supervisors, organising production operator and making sure targets are met
Get information on progress and adjust production schedules if problems arise
Responsible for the day to day running of a production area or process
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
Ensuring that the production cost is effective
Making sure that products are produced on time and have a good quality
Managing manpower and material needed for production
Drafting a timescale for the job
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Monitoring products standards and implementing quality control programmes Liaising among different departments
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Production Management, Problem solving, leadership, English language
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
