DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain a good and close communication with principal , find solution for GT distribution. Propose solutions to Principals for getting promo offer. Discuss with internal team and try to develop service for principals. Updating communication record/ Potential next propose, then organize to proposal in good format (PPT mainly) Collaborate with the marketing team for advising principals perspective. Collaborate with Analysis team, evaluate principal's sales situation related with Pintap with market trend
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or sales Minimum 1 (one) year experience in FMCG trade marketing /sales/e-commerce merchandising, sales to customers in SaaS field(B to B) with good understanding for BTL. Experience in FMCG principal/e-commerce focusing in GT market would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to work independently or in a team Initiative, critical thinker, result oriented, process driven and systematic Aggressive sales talk in good communication Capability to analyse the data & market condition English proficiency (written & spoken) Able to work with tight deadline
