DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop business contacts for all segment to meet and exceed business plan sales targets
Update regularly all customer and project database. Monitor receivable collection within the area. Make coordination with finance to ensure the payment collection from customers are paid on time.
Manage pricing structure between applicator, contractor and end users.
Schedule and make regular visits to all customer categories: owner facilities, engineering houses, main contractors, and applicators, to update project status and ensure our products are used on each project.
Effectively manage the balance between risk and opportunity in the area of sales activities
Track and document the activities of competitors, customers’ (direct and indirect) and clients, then formulate effective strategies to maximise Fosroc sales.
Generate new product development through the company innovation process and launch new products, as required in sales strategy, into the market segments
Propose promotion activities, like sponshorship event Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia or Asosiasi Chief Engineering Indonesia to increase brand awareness Fosroc in the area.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Civil Engineering preferable.
Five years sales experience in Chemical Construction Industry / Building material
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
The ability to enjoy working a multicultural environment.
