Grow 3M business through video, telephone, and email connect with target customers Achieve forecast attainment Attain set outbound/Inbound call activity Record all required data into data management systems Manage identified call activities Develop and maintain relationship with customer base. Act as product and procedure advisor to video connect, telephone, mailing, seminars/shows etc. Continue personal growth through career planning and training
REQUIREMENT

Dental background is preferred to understand customer’s needs, dental processes and predict customer’s next behaviors Has the connect capability by video & telephone making to customers who are interested in 3M solutions Has the strategic & data-driven thinking skills to deal with challenges & set forth optimal alternatives Proactive & agile responses to customer needs & requests A continuous learner, who is a positive thinker and with high emotional intelligence (social competence), and has the ability to work well in a team Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
