DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Maintain relationship with customer by regular visit and communication 2. Collect and follow up inquiry-quotation-order-delivery from customer 3. Making sales budget and proceed activity to achieve budget 4. Control the installation/commissioning for project of machine, etc. 5. Make regular report internally 6. Monitor daily operation to foresee potential problem and make anticipation 7. Spur team to perform improvements 8. Implement annual Cost Reduction activities through optimization 9. Prepare Section’s budget and control the execution 10. Leading the planning and implementation of various projects 11. Prepare annual Action plan and achieve the target by the team 12. Prepare and review annually career development plan for all team member
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background 2. Maximum 34 years old 3. Experienced as Sales for Machinery in Automotive Trading Company 4. Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing more than 2 talents 5. Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels 6. Japanese speaker is advantage 7. Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand 8. Good analytical and conceptual thinking 9. Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency 10. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously 11. Based in Kerawang-Cikarang, sometimes in Jakarta as company need
