Perform routine portfolios include claiming of deceased body from hospital, nursing home or residence and setting up of the funeral venue. Responsible for dismantlement of funeral venue and sending off deceased body from the funeral venue to the final resting place, Responsible in manpower transportation and goods delivery. Act as supervisor to ensure all duties and tasks are carried our as per company policy and procedures, including supervise, monitor and guide general workers on take body, saulim and chutsan tasks effectively and efficiently. Perform safe and timely transportation of deceased family and guests to the designated location on funeral procession day and transportation of workers for night service task. Delivery of goods and equipment to and fro between designated locations punctually. Ensure goods delivery remains in its original/good condition by practicing safe and appropriate driving manner. Inspect vehicles for defects before, during and after every trip; maintain responsible driving behaviors throughout the trip. Perform prompt reporting to superior on unexpected situations or issues encountered during the process of take body, saulim and chutsan so that counter measure could be applied immediately. Perform prompt reporting on any delay due to breakdown or other emergency or in the event of vehicle irregularities which could affect the pick-up and delivery process. Perform prompt submission of ISO documents with complete and accurate information.
