DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve assigned targets and KPIs for geographical areas and customers Driving new market on Ocean and Logistic Generate, evaluate, and execute on sales and business leads. Identify, develop, and strengthen niche markets, ports, and customers Actively pursue new opportunities and constantly evaluate existing businesses Drive new business and penetrate new markets.
REQUIREMENT

With at least 2-3 years experience in sales within shipping industry is preferred Interest on ocean freight/ import & export Interest to learn logistics and distribution Must have a performance and result driven mind-set Independent and resourceful with strong business acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English Possess high integrity, be resilient, have a strong sense of ownership, and able to thrive in a high-pressured working environment Willing to travel Good in time management and able to carry yourself professionally
