DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop the potential of GT Channel related to DKT products by looking for the opportunities within channel including providing the best go to market model. Responsible for overall GT performance (analyze, set targeted KPIs for Sales director's approval) and total GT sales fundamentals development i.e coverage, outlet transaction, MSL, etc. Identifying and strategizing on new and current business opportunities, develop strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and to achieve company objectives. Leading the DKT’s GT Team to penetrate the market and ensuring excellence distributions of DKT’s products within channel. Develop good business plan on how to develop DKT’s opportunities in the GT channel in a holistic perspective and implement related sales & marketing campaign. Work closely and collaborate with other internal departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics) to ensure best-in class, end-to-end service execution and to maximize potential by defining collaborative opportunities to achieve the sales objectives. Work closely and collaborate with the distributors sales team to ensure excellence execution in sales & marketing activities and to delivering the product to the customer within channel. Build a good relationship with customers (store manager & store owner), and ensuring DKT’s sales strategies are implemented in order to increase the in-store availability and visibility of DKT’s products Responsible for the monitoring, tracking and measurement of General Trade Program implementation in the field, as own measurement for the General Trade channel sales development progress and also as communication for other related department within organization.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree At least 5-year experience in General Trade sales from FMCG industry with Area Sales Manager Background and or Trade Marketing for General Trade channel Strong cross function communication with strategic and analytical capability is a must Excellent in using Excell and prepare the presentation Excellent leadership Understanding the business process and road to market for consumer goods product Demonstrate innovative critical thinking, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize and meet strict deadlines. Excellent command of the English language. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
