DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle recruitment process end to end Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions. Maintain HR department records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Well know recruitment process and HR administration Matters (leave, permit, BPJS) Accurate in calculate and detail checking for all payments reimburesement and payroll
REQUIREMENT

Can join immediately in first or second week of july 2023 Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach Minimum 3 years experience within the manufacturing field as HR Generalist Staff Experienced with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
