Identifying prospects, building pipelines, closing deals and delivering revenues against plan
Identify and grow opportunities within segmentation and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Ensure to input customer data
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
REQUIREMENT
Good attitude
Have working experience in internet service provider industry at least 5 years
Good communication skill
Have leadership skill
Able to work mobile in Jabodetabek area
Self motivated and teamwork
Required Min. Diploma
Min. Age 24 years old and Max. Age 35 years
