DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
As the marketing & sales on coal trade in domestic and international market.
Responsible to supervisor of documents customer agreement and logistics links in the operation business of the department/team in charge.
Responsible for the whole-chain dynamic tracking of all specific documents and logistics links in each business link of loading port in Indonesia, including business initiation approval, process execution tracking, abnormality feedback and settlement work, etc., as to ensure that the business can be reach sales target and operated in a timely and effective manner according to business requirements until full payment is received.
Be responsible for the find customer, calculation, quotation, customer agreement/Contract，billing &15 payment until receive in company account.
Be responsible for the entry and circulation of process data in the trading system, and the preparation of various related reports.
Implement the business operation management and risk management responsibilities of counterpart operations.
Be responsible for the coordination and communication of daily work, and docking with counterpart business departments on functional work.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or above in INTERNATIONAL TRADE, ECONOMY, LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT and other majors
More than 3 years of experience in COAL TRADE domestic or International market.
Good communication and have teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
Those with relevant working experience in large-scale COAL MINING TRADING enterprises in Indonesia are preferred.
Priority 30 - 45 years old.
Capable of meet and coordination with external institutions.
Proficient Indonesian, ENGLISH can communicate well.
Good health, able to adapt to the field work environment，身体健康，能够适应野外工作环境
Proficiency in using common office software， 熟练使用常用办公软件
