Meeting or exceeding sales goals;
Present and Promote company brand products to customer (designer, architects and direct customer);
Service all customer, obtain order and establishing new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule by approaching customer and obtain a potential opportunity;
Achieve Annual sales target.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients;
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations;
Maintain relation with customer through good and quality service
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services;
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability;
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs;
Understanding and promoting company programs;
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara - PIK 2 & Jakarta Selatan - Cipete
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 35 years old;
D3 / S1 preferred graduate from Interior Design / Architecture;
At least 1 years working experience in the related field required for this position;
Experience in sales and understanding of the sales process;
Self-discipline, Goal oriented, Enthusiastic and Highly confidence
Passionate & Proactive;
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & networking skills;
Proficient in English is an advantage;
Willing to work independent & under pressure;
Having a Driving License (SIM A) is preferably;
