DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Identify and establish strong relationships with car audioshops, retailers, and distributors to promote and distribute products, with a focus on car accessories.
Prospect and engage new business opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the automotive aftermarket sector specifically in the car parts segment.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns for car parts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the car accessories market.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent company and build valuable partnerships in the car accessories industry.
REQUIREMENT
Max 45 yo. Min education S1 in any field. Min 6 years experience in Battery, Oil, Japanese and European Spare parts. Have the expertise and ability to negotiate ( negotiation skills, Leadership, Presentation, Data Analysis and Problem Solving ). Making Weekly Sales Report, Update Weekly Sales Acivity , Checking And Follow Up Shortage Material, Checking/Controling Forecast Customer.Controling Schedule Submit Invoice. Able to work in a Team as well as a dynamic environment Able to speak English well, both oral and written. Honest, responsible, professional and independent. Establish relationship and working closely with distributors to develop new targeted accounts in the region Work days : Monday - Saturday
