DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Strategy, Planning and Review · Report to Business Development Head (who report to Sales Director) and part of SEEK Indonesia Sales Management Team. · Build business development strategy for assigned sectors, execute them to achieve/exceed sales target and take learning to review/improve the strategy. · Identify problem and action plan to solve them, implement action plan and ensure delivery of KR (Key Result). · Provide input to company based on consumer insight from client visit and data. · Accountable for short- and long-term sales / account management planning and execution. · Prepare, execute and review of annual, quarterly and monthly sales budgets. · Manage sales pipeline by identifying/taping business opportunities to ensure continuous stream of billing/revenue. · Assess key risks and opportunities and proactively address budget deviations/recommend corrective actions. Leadership, Team Management and Capability Development · Working closely within Business Development team, with other team within Sales Department and with other Departments. · Leadership for self and others with assertiveness to deliver business goals while ensuring productive relationship externally with clients and internally with SEEK team. Sales Operations management · Identify/prioritize sector opportunities in assigned sectors through desktop research and sales pipeline management. · Acquire potential new clients and upgrade existing clients to key accounts. · Identify client’s recruitment problem and offer solution through right combination of SEEK’s products. · Delivers sales budget (billing and new/upgraded paid hirers). · Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plan. · Cultivates lasting relationships with clients to grow their loyalty. Sales Reporting & Analysis · Provide in-depth analysis on performance / improvement recommendations. · Update sales scorecard and sales funnel pipeline to review own performance and provide visibility to broader stakeholders. · Supports Business Development Head and Sales Director with data-based and insight-based analysis. Market analysis & business development · High level of commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of sector and client data and insight. · Understands changing trends, market behavior, economic indicators, value chain and competitors. · Assesses costs, competition and supply/demand to propose products, packages and prices.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree from all majors. Master-degree: Not required but MBA is preferred. Min 5-10 years professional working experience in B2B account management in multinational company Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal. Experience and comfortable dealing with senior management team from client side. Broad network with HR team from leading companies would be an advantage. Sales OKR (Objective and Key result) delivery. Sales pipeline management in assigned sectors, B2B account management and stakeholder management. Sales call procedure and quality assurance development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques and best practices.
