DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Conduct telemarketing activities to compile a comprehensive and up-to-date database of potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing solutions Collaborate closely with the Marketing Support to create compelling content for our social media platforms, ensuring a strong online presence Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities, adapting sales and marketing strategies accordingly
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present product offerings Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets Experience in telemarketing and database compilation is essential Familiarity with social media platforms and proficiency in leveraging them for marketing purposes Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
