REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Informatic system or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Demonstrated experience leading successful marketing campaigns and initiatives with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue. Experience in market research, creating targeted marketing messages and promotional activities, developing and executing plans for different channels and marketing software platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Detailed knowledge of creative marketing strategies and techniques, as well as a demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively Experience in the development of pricing strategies, advertising, public relations and marketing communications Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience in the fuel, oil, or energy industry is preferred Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills
