DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Recruit new corporate partners and provide corporate joiners pipeline to the respective clubs and brands Organize and coordinate corporate events by working closely with clubs, corporate partners and other relevant stakeholders Attend to and follow up on corporate leads on timely basis Secure appointment and attend meeting with corporate key decision makers Ensure corporate documentations are prepared and sent to corporate partners accurately and promptly Build and maintain close working relationship with corporate partners with timely service calls/visits to ensure positive corporate retention To provide pro-active support on retention by identifying potential risky members and work with the respective clubs to increase corporate members engagement and encourage gym visitations To attend promptly to corporate email account inbound and outbound emails on daily basis To maintain an updated records of corporate partners database and builddatabase of potential corporate partners. Maintain an effective working relationship with all stakeholders in the Company
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration/Sales. Majorin other fields will also be considered Minimum 2 years experience in sales/corporate sales role in wellness/fitness industry is a big advantage Highly energetic and able to communicate with people of all levels Excellent Business English and good presentation skills Highly competent in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Able to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changes positively Good team player who works well with others to achieve a common goal Have high level of professionalism, work ethics and positive attitude Highly passionate about fitness and share our common goal to encourage Indonesian corporates to live a fitter and better life through corporate wellness
