Liaising with specialists, consultants and suppliers – obtaining new vendors, company info & business proposals. Communicating with conservation organizations, governmental & non-governmental organizations – obtaining required documentation and information. Liaising with various department – obtaining clarifications and further information concerning projects and maintenance and activities. Providing strong communication and information to key people from various departments. Formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance to Vice President requirements. Working with the team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company. Creating and fostering relationships with clients, partners and associates. To liaise with finance department to monitor each cost centers. To gather financial report from key departments. Developing the departments KPIs and review with Vice President. To meet and understand wildlife requirements and provide support to department (FRIM, Penghilitan). Organizing meetings for Vice President. Developing & enhancing internal systems for communication. Providing support on SAP, Ariba & Group related items. Providing general administrative support when required. Requires to attend meetings on weekends when required. General Administrative Support. To travel outstation when necessary.
