DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Preparing renewal notices and reports for release to clients, intermediaries and branches.
Reviewing the renewal terms and conditions of policies prior to their release.
Regularly sending critical reminders to clients, intermediaries and branches via email and text messages.
Handling potential problem cases that require troubleshooting.
Liaising with adjacent departments to maintain prompt turnaround times.
Executing transactions in the system, including but limited to updates and changes to policy information (endorsements) and cancellations.
Communicating vital information to relevant stakeholder groups in a prompt and professional manner.
REQUIREMENT
· Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course (fresh graduates of any course)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Proven track record as a team player
· Data entry, customer service or administrative experience is preferred
