DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform Server Hardware installation and configuration Perform Server Hardware/component replacement Perform Server Hardware/component troubleshooting Perform OS installation and configuration Perform OS upgrade (fixes/patches, new version) Perform OS troubleshooting Perform operating system and standard software installation based on standard configuration policy. Manage media kit of Operating System and Standard Software. Maintain domain login setup and troubleshooting Sharing file and printer setup and troubleshooting Server antivirus installation, data update setup and troubleshooting. Manage and coordinate escalation to 3rd level support for virus handling and troubleshooting.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Having experience in IT Sysadmin in 2 years Good understanding in Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Windows, Linux Knowledge of using Microsoft OS, Storage Huawei Dorado & HP EVA8400, Tape Library & Data Protection Management, and SAN switch Must have an absolute commitment to uptime with impeccable IT System and attention to detail
