REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. Minimum 2 years of desktop support or systems administration experience. Proficiency in Windows environments, including fixes, repairs, and hardware-software installations. Understanding of cloud system environments. Ability to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues. Experience with technology lifecycles and refresh processes. Outstanding customer service and communication skills (English & Bahasa). Ability to multitask, answer a call, research solutions, exhaust all resources and coordinate support issues to ensure timely solutions. Ability to communicate and interact effectively as a member of a team, within a global organization, with multiple levels of internal management and staff. Honest, integrity and comply. Experience with software and hardware management.
