DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Ensure the organization’s compliance with the prevailing regulations Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Maintain HR systems and processes
REQUIREMENT

Bachelors degree in any field, with 4-5 years experience in related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft office suite and quickly adapt to learn the organizations HRIS
