DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed. Provide general support to visitors and clients. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
