DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support board members in setting up meetings and preparing agendas
Organizing and scheduling the accommodation/lodging and transport of board members
Anticipates and detects board member’s needs
Ensures an appropriate follow up of guest’s files and relationship
Registering and welcoming guests, in person or on the telephone
Assist other members of the relevant Department on longer-term or ad hoc projects and assignments
REQUIREMENT
Have min. Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field Have min. 5 years of working experiences in Secretarial/Administrative field Fluency in English and proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Initiative and able to work independently without supervision required Ability to meet with VIP guests and communicate with them with confidence Ability to deal with sensitive, confidential information Willing to work with a limited resources in a Start-Up Environment
