DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Verify and set up new customers in the ERP, Xero, and billing systems. Assure of completeness, timely and accurate invoicing (including tax invoices). Assure timely collection and follow-up with related personnel as necessary. Monitor prepaid and collect withholding tax slips from tenants. Monitor and report on any deviations. Assure accuracy and proper collection recording. Assure follow-up actions for any overdue receivables are in place. Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection processes and procedures. Weekly reporting of invoicing total aging, total cash receipts, and invoice adjustments (if any). Reconcile the tenant's account statement and correct discrepancies as necessary. Perform monthly reconciliation with the accounting department. Respond to and manage tenants and other related team inquiries and feedback.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years experience in credit and collections with a high volume of transactions. Excellent Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and accounting software. Good knowledge in finance, accounting Recievable and taxation (e-faktur). Good Communication skills both written & verbal. Good attitude, self motivated, smart worker, detail oriented and analytical skill. Dependable and able to work as a team and under pressure Knowledge of ERP and hands-on experience using the ERP Xero is an advantage.
