DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and lead-generation activities. Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Proposal Development : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals. Negotiation : Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and other relevant details. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Target Achievement : Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads through the sales process. Documentation and Reporting : Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Excellent in English, both verbal & written. Minimum of 4 years of experience in acquiring and maintaining B2B Partners. Superior networking skills. Proven track record of partner acquisition. Strong understanding of various industries and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes. A go-getter attitude that resonates with a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability. Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; ability to convey important messages clearly and compellingly.
