DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather and document their business requirements into system design documentation. Analyse user's needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo. Investigate and analyse their processes and workflows and suggest improvements if required. Implement and configure the required Odoo applications. Coach users on how to use Odoo efficiently through an individual/training session. Handle user requests regarding Odoo issues Develop and Improve Odoo apps. Troubleshooting and debugging of code related issues. Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation Supporting the roll-out of new applications Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, but any other field is welcomed. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo implementation. Strong knowledge of Odoo Framework, Flow Chart & Blueprint Design. Strong Knowledge of Odoo Accounting Apps is a plus. Functional knowledge of Odoo modules and features. Various Experience in Mult finance-industries business processes. Strong knowledge of Odoo, Python, ORM, SQL, JS, CSS and programming concepts. Good knowledge of Linux and SVN/GIT. Powerful communication skills to interact with people. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good team player but also can work on individual tasks without supervision. Willing to travel, comfortable to work in different time zones. Good English (verbal and written) skills is a great plus. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS) Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues Required Skills(s): Odoo, Python, QWEB, SQL, TCP/IP, Windows 10 & 11 OS Fundamentals, Documentation, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio).
