REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field. • Available to travel for support customer in Singapore & Malaysia • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position. • Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like inventory, warehouse management, ERP. • Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting. • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and vendors. • Proficiency in escalating technical and customer inquiries clearly to technical teams and superiors.
