DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develope HR strategies including recruitment, performance management, employee relation Develope HR Policy development that maximize the human capital of the organization in accordance with the company’s strategy. Develope and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the company’s corporate mission and goals. Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative. Provide high-level advice, guidance and management to the business on full range of employee relations and performance management and industrial relations issues. Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance.
REQUIREMENT

Have experience on Broadcast Media, Entertainment, and Publishing Industry At least 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Manager or Senior Manager, Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology Good command in English (oral & written) Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, General Affairs, and administration People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations also relevant health and safety laws.
