Lead and manage the Finance Control, Finance Operation, and Tax function for Device Protection and Insurance Exchange businesses in Indonesia. You will work closely with a diverse team of finance professionals across Asia. By mentoring and developing the team, implementing systems and process, and by building key relationships, you will help to build a best-in-class finance function. Financial Planning and Analysis: You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to achieve the company's financial goals. This includes analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and identifying areas for improvement. Budgeting and Forecasting: You will be responsible for developing and managing the company's budget and forecasting processes. This includes working with department heads to develop budgets, monitoring actual results against budget, and making adjustments as necessary. Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to the company's management team and board of directors. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing insights and recommendations based on the data. Risk Management: You will be responsible for identifying and managing financial risks for the company. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring financial risks, and implementing controls to mitigate risks. Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
