DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support Provide desk-side and remote helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis Experience in supporting end users for their daily PC/laptop/mobile devices usage problem Provide Video Conference support
REQUIREMENT

Knowledge of Window10/11 Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc Hands-on experience on financial applications like Bloomberg/Reuter Experience in using ServiceNow to log tickets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capable of solving problems by devising creative solutions if need arises Preferred with VVIP support experience Able to work independently while thriving in a team
