DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Create MOP and/or LLD and other technical document for implementation/maintenance needs. 2. Doing assessment for MOP and or LLD/design preparation for project implementation 3. Installation, Integration, and Migration for project implementation 4. Develop best practices and security standards for the customer's organization 5. Understand software, hardware, and internet needs while adjusting them according to the customer's business environment 6. Report possible threats or software issues 7. Troubleshooting and reporting for network issues both software and hardware 8. Close Coordination with the team 9. Assist fellow employees with software, hardware, or network needs 10. Do maintenance support and report 11. Analyze systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis 12. Have no problem working on client side with minimum supervision.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) for any major related to IT (Computer Science, Electro, Telecommunication, Informatics, Information Systems, etc). 2. At least 3 years handling multiple collaboration products such as, but not limited to: Cisco CUCM, Voice Gateway, Expressway C, Expressway E 3. Have a good knowledge and conceptual in OSI layer and TCP/IP, network, and routing switching. 4. Able to communicate in English both orally and written 5. Have experience in handling banking customer 6. Must have the ability to work under pressure, quick learner, Good English, and have good communication and presentation skill 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 8. Have a valid Cisco Network certification. CCNP Collaboration preferred. CCNA Collaboration is welcome. 9. Have an understanding of best practices and how to implement them at a business-wide level 10. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise
