DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and business goals Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning Guide the crafting of strategic HR programs for business subsidiaries
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
