REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of Helpdesk support or relevant field experiences. Possess basic to intermediate Networking knowledge, particularly on the L2 and L3 aspects of the OSI model. Participated in the full delivery of projects. Has experience in leading, in any form that may be relatable. Has experience working with other Business Units on daily operations or projects. Able to cite examples from experience on critical thinking for problem solving. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment. Patience, resourceful, and possess communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Chinese is required to be able to communicate with various speaking business associates
