Menjalin hubungan bisnis dengan distributor, Outlet, Agency dan Pemerintahan. Bertanggungjawab terhadap NSPM.
Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable sales plans across channels and regions. Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive growth. 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate the national sales team to foster a high-performance, results-driven culture. Implement structured training programs to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and market understanding. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. 3. Market & Business Insights Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and decision-making. Use data analytics to identify trends, track progress, and optimize sales performance. 4. Key Account & Distributor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Negotiate strategic agreements and ensure excellent execution of joint business plans. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution. Provide market feedback to guide product innovation and promotional strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of the company’s IT solutions. Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to meet sales targets and improve overall performance. Identify new market opportunities and expand market share in the IT business segment. Negotiate with prospective clients and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate appropriate sales strategies.
