Job Function Responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, Network and Security operations. This includes configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the infrastructure, as well as securing the network and security modules within TMLM. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for overall server infrastructure, network & security stability and resilience to minimize the unplanned service outages. Ensures the systems, processes and methodologies are maintained. Performs troubleshooting and identifies the root cause analysis of each incident. Add-on technical responsibility with endpoint security protection & prevention. Ensure compliance to IT governance based on BNM, Group, Company.

Document user requirement specification for new products/ system enhancement and obtain sign off from Process Owner on the accuracy of requirement documentation Work closely with IT on system design solutions to ensure it is aligned with business objectives. Initiate meeting/ discussion with IT or Business Users to confirm requirements for new product and enhancements. Manage, plan and decide testing strategy for all deliverables Identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements of the document Design test cases to cover test conditions and documentation. Develop test procedures and other quality documentation: test plans, test cases, and status reports for superior. Manage all issues and defects arise during testing and ensure all of them are resolved in timely manner Provide post system implementation/ production support to Business Users. Prepare system guide and provide training to Business Users where necessary.

 Assists Production Manager in supervising and coordinating production line operations from input of raw material (mother coil), slitting process, mill/welding process and pack to Finished Goods .  Hands on to administer and review production line activities to maximize throughput, optimize resource use, control cost and maintain company quality standards.  Coordinate with Production Planning Team to determine production planning that meets market orders and stocks requirement in the quality, quantity and time frame as required by customers and internal planning requirements.  To ensure all operation are performed in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, company procedure, machinery manufacturers’ guidelines and standards.  To ensure production line operations are effectively manned, supervised and controlled during all times of planned production including week-end and public holidays.  To ensure timely and accurate submission of reports including daily production.  To identify, plan and coordinate recurrent and development of training needs for Production Line employees to maintain high standard of competency.  To initiate reviews to improve efficiency, reduce cost and maintain high standard of housekeeping and safety.  To create close working relationship with other department to ensure achievement company goals.  To create a positive environment for change, adoption of best practice, and the achievement of high performance work team.  Develop, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance, housekeeping and safety related activities.  Trouble shoot process problems and implement approved corrective action.  To execute additional duties assign by superior at anytime
