Develop engineering report and document engineering activities on site and present to customer as per requirement. Visit customer on regular basis to assist and support customer on technical / products support related with lubrication and Mobil products. Identify opportunity for improvement at customer site to deliver savings through safety, reduce lubricants consumption or increase productivity. Create monthly work plan activity to visit customer, on weekly and monthly basis and submit call report based on the visits. Assist customer in lubricant selection. Proficient in ExxonMobil Lubricants product specification. Ensuring lubricants compatibility with the machine, process fluids and work environment.
