To update, maintain, verify data in the system on a regular basis. Monitor and apply personnel policies and procedures as directed by the HRA manager. Apply all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management and staff and to encourage harmonious industrial relations. Prepare and implement the interview schedule to require candidates for the stated positions by understanding the job descriptions and timelines. Assist in the administration of all personnel policies and procedures. To plan and conduct induction program for the new employees. Update and monitor medical, insurance and recruitment expenses on a monthly basis. Preparing HRA monthly report. Administration and monitoring the Company’s licenses and certificates. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
