Operate within corporate policies, guidelines, and budgetary requirements. People Management Review and enhance team capabilities by setting performance goals to capitalize on market opportunities and grow accounts, distributors, and wholesalers. Recruit and train suitable candidates for key positions in collaboration with HR, adhering to specified timelines. Ensure completion of people development processes (PDP, IDP, GLD, etc.) within the required timeframe and quality standards. Provide on-the-job coaching to field sales teams. Enhance the skills and capabilities of technical associates to support business growth.
