Execute sales activities to consistently meet individual targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Acquire new business from both corporate cargo owners and individual customers on a monthly basis. Conduct regular sales visits to customers to gather insights on their business conditions and monitor competitor developments. Report sales activities using the designated tools provided by the company. Manage billing for accounts receivable that have exceeded the payment due date. Maintain customer loyalty by ensuring ongoing active transactions with existing clients. Develop customer business contributions across all MIF products, including SF, AF, LCL, Referee, and CCL, both domestic and international. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.

Together with holding side, implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Design and execute training and development programs. Lead HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Coordinate with HR Holding as HR business partner to supply data and information as feedback for policy development (policy, procedure, working instruction)

Documentation Prepare required project documentation based on customer needs. Draft Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Coordinate with customers from initiation to handover. Ensure site preparations follow specifications and drawings. Maintain inspection reports, crane books, certificates, and related records.un Installation Support Conduct tests and complete required forms. Manage site instructions and enforce safety rules. Support timely handover as per project milestones. Coordinate with Purchase for site material needs. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Training Train crane operators. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system backups. 2.⁠ ⁠Script Management: Rerun and troubleshoot scripts to resolve backend issues or perform routine tasks. Create and modify scripts as needed for automation and system management. 3.⁠ ⁠Remote Support: Use RDP and other remote tools to access and manage backend systems. Provide remote support for users and systems, resolving technical issues related to backend processes. 4.⁠ ⁠Incident Management: Respond to and resolve backend system incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on operations. Document incidents and solutions, contributing to the knowledge base. Database and Server Administration: Assist in the management and administration of databases and servers. Ensure data integrity and system security by following best practices. 5.⁠ ⁠Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure backend systems meet business needs. Create user guides and technical documentation as needed.

Develop and execute the overall hospital and tender business strategy aligned with company objectives. Design tailor-made bidding and pricing strategies leveraging portfolio strengths to maximize tender win rates and profitability. Lead end-to-end tender management, including forecasting, submission planning, pricing justification, and post-tender analysis. Drive drug formulary listings and access for new product launches and new indications within public hospitals. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify pipeline opportunities, launch timelines, and access pathways. Collect and analyze market insights to broaden access in both public and private hospital settings. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with: Chief Pharmacists / Pharmacy Managers Hospital Authority stakeholders Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and senior physicians Distributors and external partners (including Macau where applicable) Act as the key contact for strategic hospital accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Drive sales performance of hospitals and assigned sales teams to achieve annual and quarterly targets. Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and implement corrective action plans. Liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Portfolio teams to ensure: Forecast accuracy, Supply continuity, Compliance with tender and hospital requirements. Support product launches, patient programs, and medical education initiatives. Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare regular sales reports, tender analysis, and business reviews for management.
