Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies focused on acquiring new business, expanding existing client relationships, and increasing revenue across all market segments (stadiums, sports complexes, recreational fields, etc.). Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including sports organizations, schools, universities, government entities, and private developers. Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities by researching and connecting with potential clients in the sports and construction sectors. Proposal Development: Oversee the preparation of detailed project proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities. Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the sports construction industry, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strategically position the company in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of sales deals, from initial concept to project delivery. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively to meet revenue goals.

Design and execute the internal audit plan. Evaluate the effectiveness of business processes, internal controls, SOPs, program implementation and regulatory compliance. Prepare reports for the Executive Board and ensure timely follow up on audit findings. Ensure alignment with the organization's safeguarding policies and protocols. Build and sustain good working relationship and effective communication with the Head of Departments, management, people across the organization, external auditor and any other relevant organization.
