Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, sales tax, property tax, and international tax obligations. Review and approve tax calculations, filings, and supporting documentation. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and minimize tax liabilities. Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic decisions and business initiatives. Evaluate the tax implications of new business ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations. Identify and assess tax risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization. Manage the tax team’s workload and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors on tax matters and audits. Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including tax consultants and legal advisors.

Responsible for handling monthly and annual taxes using e-spt -all taxes, e-billing, e-invoice, e-filling Calculate and report all corporate tax payments Ensure that all corporate tax expenditures are Properly calculated and documented for further reporting to management Process and record corporate debt transactions and ensure that all invoices and reimbursements from employees Corresponding via email and telephone regarding late payment, resolving disputes, questions, and other issues Ensure all finance and accounting documents ready before deadline; Financial report, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Raw Material report, WIP report, Finish good report, General ledger, and others related to finance accounting

Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Performs general cost accounting Maintains the general ledger. Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections and account payable. Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit. Performs other related duties as assigned.
