Manage the operational process for ESOP, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance. Review and validate data inputs impacting incentive and commission calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Benefits & Employee Perks Design and review employee benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible benefits, and wellness initiatives. Continuously assess benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Budget & Financial Governance Partner with Finance to manage compensation and benefits budgets, ensuring efficient cost allocation and control. Provide regular analysis and insights on compensation spending, market competitiveness, and ROI. Compliance & Governance Ensure all programs comply with Indonesian labor law, taxation, and governance standards. Maintain and update internal SOPs, charters, and committee processes related to compensation and benefits. Support remuneration committee reporting and documentation when required. Reporting & Insights Develop compensation dashboards and analytics for leadership reporting and decision-making. Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments or new models to maintain competitiveness. Collaboration & Communication Partner with HRBPs and team leads to ensure consistent application of compensation principles. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Ensure the recruitment process follows the approved manpower plan. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with users for final selection. Develop a strong candidate database and maintain a talent pipeline. Monitor the effectiveness of sourcing methods and improve employer branding strategies. Training & People Development Prepare the annual training plan based on performance appraisal results. Coordinate the execution of internal and external training programs. Evaluate post-training effectiveness and ensure proper follow-up implementation. Performance Management Assist in developing and monitoring annual KPIs for each department. Prepare reports and recommendations based on performance evaluation outcomes. Employee Relations & Compliance Handle industrial relations matters, employee discipline, and grievance resolution. Strategic HR Initiatives Developing automation within the HR function and creating more efficient, effective and accurate work processes in collaboration with IT team. Conducting full-cycle of recruitment process, from sourcing to offering process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements. Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary. Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Lead solution design for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Define and implement microservices architecture leveraging Java Spring Boot and Go (Golang). Design and oversee cloud implementations (AWS/Azure/GCP), including deployment, cost optimization, and security compliance. Build reusable frameworks and patterns for API-first design, service-to-service communication, and integration. Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design, containerization, and automation (Docker, Kubernetes). Establish code quality standards, review architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices. Define and track quality metrics (code quality, test coverage, performance KPIs).
