1. Manage the end-to-end import process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and delivery, to ensure the goods delivered in timely manner. 2. Communicate and negotiate with international principals to obtain product supply, goods readiness and delivery schedules. 3. Prepare and review all necessary import documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations. 4. Liaise with freight forwarders and (or) shipping companies to arrange transportation, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit. 5. Provide list of incoming goods to logistic department and ensure goods received in the system as per actual, monitor status of unfulfilled items. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, accounting and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination of import activities. 7. Provide reports (to submit) to principals, maintain accurate import records, and provide data for analysis import activities as required. 8. Stay up to date with import regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations to avoid any penalties or delays in importation. 9. Identify opportunities to reduce import costs, such as optimizing shipment sizes, or leveraging favorable trade agreements.

Mengambil sample susu segar untuk keperluan analisa lab intern. Membersihkan mesin dan ruangan mesin pasteurisasi setelah selesai produksi. Menyiapkan dan melaksanakan sanitasi mesin filling. Melaporkan kegiatan kinerja mesin pasteurisasi & homogenisasi. Menerapkan SOP sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan dalam HACCP.
