Perawatan & General Cleaning Berkala Tugas mingguan/bulanan kayak gosok lantai, bersihkan kaca tinggi, cuci karpet/gorden, bersihkan plafon, dan detail cleaning area yang jarang kejangkau. 3. Pemeliharaan & Pelaporan Cek stok alat/bahan pembersih, rawat peralatan kerja, dan lapor ke atasan kalau ada kerusakan gedung: keran bocor, lampu mati, dinding retak.
Melakukan prospect ke pelanggan sehingga informasi mengenai kebutuhan dan keluhan dari pelanggan tertangani dengan baik. Melakukan proses penjualan unit dari penawaran, sampai unit terkirim dan terbayar lunas. Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan dengan baik. Monitorisasi ketersediaan produk di gudang, mengusulkan mutasi stock barang yang kosong dan mengelola demand planner. Mengelola pemenuhan order barang dari salesman dalam rangka pencapaian Service Level GT dan MT. Menyusun laporan aging stock dan menindaklanjuti proses pencairan produk Near ED serta mengajukan pemusnahan bad stock untuk menjaga kelayakan produk di dalam gudang. Menyusun rekaptulasi faktur (bon) produk dan faktur (bon) gantung serta memproses delivery return, cetak delivery list, serta membuat laporan stock keluar masuk barang.
