Mengelola data absensi, lembur, dan rekapan kehadiran karyawan. Membantu proses rekrutmen: screening CV, membuat jadwal interview, dan administrasi kandidat. Membuat dan mengarsipkan dokumen HR (kontrak kerja, perpanjangan, SOP, data karyawan). Mengelola kebutuhan GA seperti ATK, fasilitas kantor, perawatan gedung, dan inventarisir aset perusahaan. Membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan perusahaan (training, event internal, onboarding). Melakukan input data, pembuatan laporan rutin, dan memastikan seluruh dokumen tersimpan rapi.

Recruitment Management Building and improving the recruitment system; Expanding and managing various recruitment channels; Responsible for recruiting key positions and maintaining a talent pool for critical roles. 2. Training Management Responsible for new employee training and training related to company regulations, process standards, and corporate culture. 3. Compensation & Incentives Reviewing and processing salary and performance payments; Reviewing and executing employee attendance; Managing the implementation of company reward, penalty, and welfare policies. 4. Employee Relations Management Improving the employee relations system and related processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, social security, labor disputes, and employee communication mechanisms); Managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan; Standardizing employee relations handling and related tasks. 5. Corporate Culture Strengthening corporate culture development, enhancing employee satisfaction and sense of belonging. 6. Team Management Responsible for daily HR management, ensuring monthly targets are achieved; Managing recruitment staff, payroll & KPI staff, and employee relations staff; Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of basic HR operations while continuously improving service levels.

Monitor and maintain the stability of network, server, storage, and supporting systems (on-premise & cloud). Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT infrastructure according to SLA. Provide technical support for BPO operations, including connectivity and access issues for operational teams (agents, support, admins). Deploy and configure workstations and network devices for new BPO projects. Manage system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) to track infrastructure performance and capacity. Respond to system alerts and escalate issues when necessary. Perform regular patching, firewall and antivirus configuration, and ensure network security compliance. Conduct regular data backups and maintain Disaster Recovery documentation. Create and update technical documentation, network topology, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with Helpdesk, Security, and Project teams to resolve issues and support infrastructure improvement and development.
