Product Knowledge Learn the specifications, features, and benefits of forklifts and other company offerings. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities. Sales Administration Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation. Handle basic after-sales service coordination with the service department. Ensure proper documentation for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure customer requirements are met. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
