Design and implement backend features and functionalities for the platform using Java programming language and related technologies. Responsible for drawing up weekly production programme including manpower and raw material planning. Monitor and analyses and take action to control the production wastage & cost effectively. Ensure that the products produced meeting the required specifications or Standard. Planning and provide for the appropriate training required by the work force. Plan and implement preventive and routine maintenance to ensure all machinery are in working condition. Supervise and motivate the work force to continuously improve the team’s performance. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for desired requirements, pricing, supply arrangement & commissioning. Provide support to Sales team for delivery schedule, marketing, customer service and after sales service. Ensure safety and environmental guidelines are followed at work areas. Responsible for the housekeeping of the production work areas. Continuously promote awareness to the workforce company policy and goals Responsible to implement and maintain the company QMS, ISO9001 Work with Technical team to improve product quality and developing new products Identify and make proposal to management for quality improvement and higher productivity Submit written reports regularly to management team Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time
